This Privacy Policy explains how Drone ("Drone", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use our mobile applications (the Customer, Delivery, and Restaurant apps) and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information — your name, phone number, email address, password, and profile photo when you register or update your profile.
• Location information — with your permission, we collect your device's precise or approximate location to show nearby restaurants, calculate delivery, enable live order tracking, and (for delivery partners) match and navigate orders. Delivery partners' location may be collected in the background while a delivery is active.
• Order & transaction data — items ordered, delivery addresses, order history, favorites, cart contents, and amounts.
• Payment information — payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store your full card details on our servers; we receive only a transaction status/token needed to fulfill your order.
• Photos & camera — images you upload (e.g., profile picture) and, for delivery partners, delivery-proof photos.
• Device & technical data — device model, operating system, app version, unique identifiers, push-notification token, and crash/diagnostic logs.
• Communications — messages sent through in-app chat or customer support.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and authenticate you.
• To process, deliver, and track your orders in real time.
• To connect customers, restaurants, and delivery partners to complete a delivery.
• To send order updates, receipts, and service-related push notifications.
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• To improve, secure, and troubleshoot the Service, and to detect and prevent fraud.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to operate the Service:

• Restaurants receive the order details needed to prepare your order.
• Delivery partners receive your delivery address, name, and contact needed to complete the delivery; you receive their location for tracking.
• Service providers such as cloud hosting, mapping (Google Maps), push notifications and analytics/crash reporting (Google Firebase), and payment processors — who process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.
• Legal & safety — when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of users and the public.

4. Location Data

Location is used to show nearby restaurants, estimate delivery, and enable live tracking. You can disable location access at any time in your device settings, though some features (such as delivery and tracking) may not work without it.

5. Push Notifications

We send notifications about your orders and account. You can turn these off in your device settings.

6. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Your Rights & Choices

10. Account & Data Deletion

The Service relies on third parties (e.g., Google Maps, Google Firebase, and payment processors) whose own privacy policies govern their handling of data. We encourage you to review their policies.
